Do you accept cash, money orders or checks?

In order to provide the highest level of safety for our drivers and riders, Kiddie Kab operates ‘transaction free’ vehicles. This means our drivers do not accept cash, checks, money orders or other payments of any kind. We provide a pre-paid service which means payments are made in advance of service. Kiddie Kab accepts card payments (Visa, MasterCard, debit card, American Express and Discover) and PayPal via invoice, our website or over the phone.

Is Kiddie Kab open on Sunday?

Kiddie Kab wants to make sure we do our part to make your special events perfect! Although our general services are not available on Sunday, we will provide event service with a 48-hour advance arrangement.

How much notice do I have to give before I need your service?

To ensure prompt and efficient service it is important that at least 24-hour notice be given before the date service is needed. We do understand things happen, and special circumstances may make it difficult to give 24-hour notice. If you ever run into that situation, give us a try anyway, as early in the day as possible and we will do our best to try and accommodate your transportation needs.

Can you bill Medicaid for my services?

Great question! Stay tuned, because Kiddie Kab is working diligently to provide service for Medicaid recipients. We anticipate having this service available by summer of ‘16. What is the youngest and oldest age you'll accept?

We currently provide service for children 15 and under.

Do you give discounts for multiple children?

Absolutely! Kiddie Kab provides discounts for rides scheduled where 3 or more children are coming from or going to the same destination, at the same time. Our rates can be found HERE

Do you offer transportation for groups?

Yes. Kiddie Kab has special rates available for field trips, or other group related activities that require transportation. Please Contact us for available rates.

What happens if Kiddie Kab cancels the scheduled ride? Do I get a refund?

In the event that Kiddie Kab cancels a scheduled ride that has been paid in full, for reasons other than disciplinary or abuse of service, that ride will be credited toward your next scheduled service. If there is no future ride scheduled, a full refund of the fee paid for the canceled service will be provided.
